Giving thanks and stuff.

About a year ago I decided to start a blog. Never wrote a single thing. 

Not. One. Word. 

Pitiful, huh? 

Truthfully, however, it wasn't a wasted year because I did learn a little about blogging. I checked out other blogs on a weekly basis to see what topics were applicable to me, what photos caught my attention just in an attempt to find out what in the hell my interests are.  

My intention was for this to chronicle life in the Westover Cottage. 

The home built by me and my two amazing sons.
